You can ask to cancel a shipment from your Shipments dashboard with "Cancel & Refund". When you do, we ask the carrier to void the shipping label.
Whether a label can be voided is decided by the carrier, not by us. A label usually can be voided only before the carrier has scanned or collected the parcel and within the carrier's own void window.
If the carrier confirms the label is voided, the shipment is cancelled and the full amount you paid for it is refunded automatically to your original payment method. Do not use a cancelled label.
Refunds usually reach your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. You receive an email confirming the refund and its amount, and it appears in Billing & Payments.
3. When a shipment cannot be cancelled automatically
If the carrier refuses the void (for example because the parcel has already been scanned or the void window has passed), or a service cannot be voided automatically, nothing is refunded automatically. The shipment stays active and our support team reviews it with you.
If the carrier voids the label but your refund cannot be sent automatically, the shipment is cancelled and our support team refunds you by hand - you do not need to do anything.
A shipment that is in transit or delivered is not refunded by cancelling it.
Please do not ship a parcel whose cancellation is under review.
4. If your booking fails after you pay
If your payment goes through but the carrier does not create the shipment, we refund your payment automatically.
If the carrier's outcome is uncertain, or the automatic refund does not complete, we hold your payment for review and send you a case reference. We never charge you again for the same booking - please do not pay twice; quote the reference if you contact us.
5. Pickups
You can cancel a scheduled pickup before it happens. A pickup is shown as cancelled only once the carrier confirms it.
Cancelling a pickup does not cancel the shipment or refund it - the label stays valid and you can drop the parcel off or schedule a new pickup.
